With welcoming arms out-stretched, Hugs the Ragdoll Bunny is all set to greet you with bunches of bunny hugs and kisses!!! Hugs is one of my many homemade dolls that has enabled me to combine my art with my sewing and have fun, too!

I owe my love of art to my mother who was an artist & teacher & I began painting at a very early age. After graduating Auburn U, I moved to Atlanta, GA where I was a member of the South Cobb Arts Alliance & attended many local art shows. After living in the Atlanta area for a number of years, I have moved back to my roots in rural Alabama. Art gives me joy not only in creating a painting but also in sharing it with others.
I also have a Zazzle store at: http://www.zazzle.com/vseoriginals

So sweet! So warm and cuddly!
Thanks! This is actually two dolls in one – I just change the ears to kitty ears and change the clothing and I’ve got a whole new doll!
AHHH what a terrific image he makes, very clever work
Thanks so much, Malcolm!

So sweet Vivian wonderful work
Maggie, this is the most simple doll I make and it is actually two doll patterns in one. All I have to do is change the ears to kitty ears and I can dress the kitty doll up a bit differently as well. This enables me to make a whole new doll just by modifying a pattern I already have. I’ve even thought about making a mouse doll out of this pattern as well.

Vivian,,,you are so talented making this beautiful little bunny.
Rick
Thanks so much, Rick! I’ve also made a dress pattern for Hugs to vary the clothing and I’ve designed a set of kitty ears so I can sew them on instead of the bunny ears. I’m now thinking about making a set of mouse ears so I can make a third doll from this same basic pattern. I may just end up creating a whole family of critters from one pattern.
