lol. if its a bucket just set it in a sink of warm water for a few mins.. that should soften it. if its cardboard throw it in the micro for a few seconds :)

lol its the backdrop stands fault! Some how someone knocked it yesterday and as was bend over adjusting something and it hit me solidly on the back of the head.! I have a goose egg in the shape of the cross bar on my poor knoggen lol. but i like your treatment lol Maybe i’ll have three scoops just to be on the safe side lol

oh and i’m pretty sure the headache this morning is not from the two coolers I had at the pub last night lol but then again you never know lol

It’s so damn cold the electric blanket might just as well not be there so, I bitch about it all the time. I also give serious consideration to moving to a warmer climate until the summer hits then, I’ll go to the Antartctic! and freeze my arse off for the summer!
