I just love “the attitude” you’ve caught in this awesome portrait. The lighting has enhanced it and given this bloke an amazing look of roughly hewn granite.

Great character portrait! Love the angle of his hat and the overall mood of this image. I especially like the skin that looks comfortably lived in…(makes a nice change from so many images of people whose skin is so airbrushed to take out all the lines-that it results in no personalitly left in the image). As always Von, this is a fabulous portrait. I can’t tell you it’s the eyes this time though…so I guess it is the eye. ;) I can’t quite figure out how you did it, but he seems to be in 3D!! (where are my super bowl 3D glasses I want to see if it works?!!)
