Coniston Water in the English Lake District National Park on 1st March 2011
Mist was still obscuring the fells to the north but on the far side,the wooded slopes of Top O’ Selside (part of Bethecar Moor) reminded me that I had duties to undertake for the park and that I had a footpath over Top O’ Selside to check out…..it looked nice and easy from this side…little did I realise..
