One for the Bubble Jeopardy Group….
Name the highest fell in view and its location and name the location of the viewpoint.
Clues

- Something with a Gaelic connection lies below the cloud
More clues will follow if necessary.
Sony Alpha 340 DSLR ,Sigma 70-30 macro zoom,300mm single RAW tonemapped in Photomatix - Linda Lyon is on the right track with her comments. Can you get there before her?
No you can’t.She got it in the end. It is Snaefell on the Isle of Man (about 40 miles away) seen from Cold Fell on the road that forms the Lake District National Park boundary looking over the west Cumbrian coastline across the Irish Sea (Gaelic connection) which is covered in a dense fog bank.
Well done Linda, but then you are local..

As in What Kind Of Fell Am I? Don’t have time to delve at present, more’s the pity. Great shot, though.
Well I’m sure you’ll be back…lol
– VoluntaryRanger
Criffel?
Now you have to name the fell and the location of the viewpoint to win the competition, but I like your thinking.(Not saying you are right, not saying you are wrong.)
– VoluntaryRanger
hmm!by not hot it must be Cold fell?
I thought it may be Binsey from the view, but guess you are further south.
You may be on the right track….but stop fishing..lol
– VoluntaryRanger
can’t guess anything else as I don’t know the fellnames down the South Lakes
so I’ll go with Cold Fell?
and..?
– VoluntaryRanger
and criffel!
So you are saying Cold Fell and Criffel…that’s one out of two.(and if it’s Criffel I can’t be in the South Lakes..)
– VoluntaryRanger
Sorry mate, not a clue!
It’s solved. It is Snaefell on the Isle Of Man seen from Cold Fell in the west of Cumbria as I was standing right on the Lake District National Park boundary.
– VoluntaryRanger
If one of the peaks is Cold Fell then is it the River South Tyne under the most?
