Sometimes, it’s hard to put myself into words, but I’m willing to try!

I’ve always loved photography, and have been taking pictures since 2006. I didn’t really enjoy working with film, but when digital cameras came along . . . well, I was hooked!

There is beauty in everything I see, and I enjoy capturing that in my photos.

    God I love this shot – this whole genre in fact. I can think of few man made objects which beg for a photo op more than a locomotive – especially a steam locomotive. Must have been hard to resist going B/W but I think you made a great choice. The rusty rails, the orange cab frame the steel so well. An amazing shot Vonnie – a beautiful shot.
