Like this picture in particuler because I do paintings of trains often for people on a by request bases. I think the old steam engiens are the best caricter wise. It’s like old cars they had caricter and class. O’ for the good old days. Nice work.

I took this picture in Colorado. My family and I were on vacation. We were driving by when we saw it coming so we stop so I could get some pictures.

NICE SHOT, GREAT COMPOSITION AND DEPTH OF FIELD. I WASN’T AS LUCKY AS YOU TO GET A STEAM ENGINE HUFFING AND PUFFING. WITH THE TRAIN SHOTS I GOT BACK IN 1985, THE ENGINE DIDN’T HAVE TO STRAIN, SO NO SMOKE TRAIL, JUST DISTORTED IMAGERY IN THE HEAT AREA. HAVE YOU TRIED SEPIA TONNING THIS SHOT? I BET IT WOULD LOOK GREAT AS WELL. BOB
