View of Melbourne by night from Southbank. It was a mild winters night and we weren’t the only photographers out and about!

Lovely capture, the reflection on the water is brilliant and the diagonals in the composition make this image balanced and powerful; naturally leading the eye into the night of melbourne =D
The only thing I find distracting is the green flare from the lamp, have you thought about or tried to remove it with Photoshop?
