In Pinos Altos, New Mexico, known for the discovery of gold here in the mid 1800"s,This original adobe building was the towns Mercantile. In more recent times this building was home to the towns Post Office, Ice Cream Parlor and Gift Shop which has now also become part of history in Pinos Altos, having closed in October of 2011.
