Black History Month: Catherine White Coffin by

Catherine White Coffin, with her husband Levi Coffin were abolitionists and were essential to helping slaves escape bondage. Their home, The Coffin House, was the Grand Central Station for the Underground Railroad. After Emancipation Proclamation, they continued to work and assist those that needed help.

Catherine White Coffin is one of countless white men and women that risked/gave their lives for the cause of equal rights in America and why I have created this T-shirt for Black History Month. Because Black History is American History.
