• Here my version of what really happened to Snow White!

One day, when the poor Snow White was alone at home and so bored with all that dwarfy stuff around she hear some lovely, shiny bells sounding from the deep, dark wood.

She was so curious because of the sound, it was a bit like at home, at fathers palace, the sound of clinking fine crystal wine glasses. After a while she saw that beautiful woman riding on a white horse with long hair. Oh was she a beauty, so young with her porcelain white skin, her emerald green eyes and her long, wild, red hair, wearing a velvet black cape, sprinkled over and over with tiny, shiny little diamonds like stars in a new moon night.

As she passes over Snow White forgot all her precautions, all the warnings of the dwarfs and opened the door running shouting and waiving her arms to the air in direction off that beauty on the horseback. The mysterious woman told her horse to stop and looked at her. Now Snow White can see that this woman must be a queen from a foreign kingdom or at least a princess. She was much more beautiful from the near. As the unknown woman saw the astonished gaze in Snow White’s face she started to laugh out loud with a voice so lovely that even the birds are quite immediately to listen her wonderful, melodious laughters.

Snow White was like hypnotised and can’t speak a word. So the beauty on the horse back asked her why she where living here, in the dark wood in such a tiny shabby house? Snow White can’t answer that question but told this woman that she was fascinated by the sound of clinking fine crystal and the beauty of that woman and that she would like to be as beauty as this woman is.

The mystery woman said that Snow White where quite a kid or young woman which might also become such a great beauty as she is, because of her dark hair like ebony, her lips so red like blood and her skin so white and innocent like snow. So to help her a little bit she will give her three apples made of glass. A green, a red and a blue one. She told Snow White that she need to polish these apples every day but have to be alone and drag of all her clothes while polishing the apples. Then, after a few weeks she will return and look if Snow White has become such a beauty as she self is.

Snow White was so unbelievably happy about that gift, that she took all three apples and run back into the house of the dwarfs to get rid of her clothings because the dwarfs are not back home until two hours. So she placed the apple carefully on the table and quite quick strip off her clothes. Oh how happy she was, dancing naked in the living room back to the table grabbed the blue apple, turned around … and stumble over her clothes that lay on the floor. She was swaying around and can’t hold that blue glass apple as it fell on the floor and break. She also felt nearby and cut her finger on a glass splinter!

Ouch, how that hurts and a bit of blood running down her finger. She put the finger into her mouth the lick of that dripping blood and in the same moment she feels a bit dizzy and tiered, so she shimmy over to the bed and lay down … just for a minute, she said to herself.

When the dwarfs coming home they found her sleeping naked on the bed …

After a while they recognised that they can’t wake her up, whatever they tried. The eldest dwarf found the blue glass splinter on the floor and realised that those glass apples where poisoned. Now they know that Snow White was dead and gone.

So they build her a coffin made from blue crystal to remind everybody that she was killed by a poisoned blue glass apple.

The moral of the story:
better not take blue apples as a gift, whatever you’ve been promised!

Aha!

But some of you may ask “Why must she be naked while polishing the apples?“
Quite simple, because otherwise she just only will have beautiful clothes ;)
