Each day dawns with a new beginning, a new chance and a new opportunity to start all over again. The regrets of yesterday’s mistakes, troubles and indiscretions vanish in the brilliant sunshine of a new morning. I awaken and I am reborn each and every day. It becomes my decision whether I wish to start fresh or remain tied to the “hitching post” of my own personal history. Yesterday is gone and is but a fleeting memory and tomorrow is but a vision of things to come. So it is today, the present, in which I find myself. I cannot escape the fact that I must abide in the “now”. I cannot evade this elemental truth. So, if I live today as best as I can all my yesterdays will become fond memories of joy and happiness and my every tomorrow will be filled with hope and spacious dreams. So, I must look well to this very moment, this very day, in which I find myself. I must chose to do the next “right thing” if I wish to be filled with abundance and joy. It is in this daily journey that I will find the peace and fulfillment that I desire.
I know that it is better to travel well than to arrive. And each person, place and thing I encounter has been placed in my path by Providence. Nothing, absolutely nothing, happens in God’s world without purpose. So, my journey this moment is with you as you read these words and view my art. I am glad that you took the time to share with me. It can be comforting, at times, to travel with others. My desire is that as this moment we share passes that it will become a fond memory for you as well. visionary imagist “Joey”

We all need to be reminded that yesterday is the place of memories, tomorrow is the space of dreams, today is the place where time comes together and we create it all. No more so than at this time with a new year approaching to really put things into perspective.
