man, I love the descriptions. Many say they don’t read ‘em, I say they can add a lot to the image and be as important! Somehow, I felt this is also the internal struggle humanity has with nature… and how things are usually solve by humans. All in all, I really like it but I’m having trouble to find the proper words to express what I’m thinking. Great job. Seriously!

great idea for a painting….now I’m wondering if you actually came across a gnarled branch and saw in it, these two figures as a vision.

Oh wow, this is just amazing. It’s probably my favourite out of some of the work I’m seen. It’s so dark and organic what’s there not to love? The introduction to the artwork just enriches the imagery. Sorry, I’m really having trouble conveying the reasons why I like this so much.

I love this story…..I have heard it before as the story of the two wolves, but I took in its metaphor and wanted to take it in as my truth…....
- a long time ago, while going through a very tough time, I started seeing the two wolves and it was the “white” wolf that lead me through it….and to this day, the art I created from this discovery still hangs on my bedroom wall…a reminder….

This is excellent, and i adore the darker tones. The way the roots attack each other is genius and is executed with a masterful hand. The details of the bark are brilliantly done too, twisting and wrapping in a hostile yet natural way. Lovely.

wow! this is absolutely fantastic!

This is one of the best pieces on the inner struggle I have ever seen! I’m reading a book right now that is touching on this very topic. Ironic, but I believe there are always two personalities in constant struggle within us. I am criticised for being, ” Too nice…”, “Too goodhearted..” But I know the ones who say these words to me are more tuned into the darker side of this fight! And I ignore them, because there is no such action as “Too nice!”
Anyway this made me think, and I truly love this image! Great Work!
