My “pen” name is VisionAiry. I chose this name because I love the open air, nature and the outdoors which comes across in my work or my vision hence vision + airy. My body of work is quite extensive and incorporates traditional art work in the way of acrylic paintings on canvas, graphic art and illustration, web design, and photography.

I live in an area of the United States that has a great deal of seasonal variety, from bleak winters, colorful autumns, the all too brief spring to sultry summers. We also enjoy spectacular ocean scenary, quaint New England villages and gentile rolling mountains as well as numerous lakes, waterfalls, rivers and streams. I have also lived in Oregon and many of my paintings highlight the Northwest’s incredible beauty.

I am particularly drawn to sunrises and sunsets, especially in my photography. There is nothing quite like the quality of the light at 5 in the morning upon the shore of a still Maine or New Hampshire lake sporting a near perfect reflection of a nearby mountain and the riotous colors of dawn in its waters.
