Artist's Description

‘Supernature’ by Lyall Watson explained how the pyramids of Egypt were conducive to the generation of crystals and he even gave instructions in his book how to make a miniature pyramid that could be used for sharpening razors for shaving , if set to the right co ordinates ! I really don’t have the foggiest idea what the pyramids were built for , but it is notable that tools used to cut blocks of stone housed in the interior seem to have been worked using what could only have been diamond tipped blades . To enable these
blades to achieve sufficient speeds necessary to cut through blocks of stone such as granite , which was used , would require some power source that was unknown until relatively recently . This source was sonar , and it’s apparent rediscovery came about in the oil rigging industry (where sonar power is now used for drilling) .
The pyramids also proved to have qualities that were conducive to preservation of matter , so it also makes sense that they were used as burial chambers .
As I say , these edifices are mysteries to me ; the reason I’m mentioning them here is because it did seem coincidental that the workers would have the added bonus of being able to keep their tools sharp once the monumental constructions were completed !

(‘Alternatives to oblivion’ was the deftly titled name of a compilation d.i.y punk cassette way back in the days of yore !)
