How To – Earth Walk
Here is a great solution for those moments when you are feeling perplexed, stuck in a rut, need answers to questions or are unsure what direction to take etc;
Think of a question you need answered (only one question at a time).
Be clear/specific… perhaps write it down.
Find a place you feel comfortable and safe walking with your head and eyes down.
It could be the beach, river, bush, field or your own back yard or street.
Take off you shoes! You need to feel the earth between your toes.
At the starting point think of your question, then clear IT and EVERYTHING ELSE from your mind.
Start walking with your head down and your eyes on your feet.
DON’T BE TEMPTED TO LOOK UP TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING (remember you are in a safe place). KEEP YOUR MIND CLEAR.
