Sony Cyber Shot DSC H3
This is my black cat Magee. He was found sitting along the roadside almost 5 years ago as a very young kitten. He looked like he was hitchhiking because he never ran as our car approached him. Once we stopped he ran straight towards us! Just as my husband got out and was ready to grab him a woman came driving along and deliberately tried to run this 5 week old kitten over! I will never understand how people can be so cruel. Magee, named after the road we found him on, escaped the tires of her car and ran for safety back to the other side of the road, where he came once more to my husband and he’s been with us ever since.

It is my hope to always bring out something good and positive in all that I do!

Ag shame, such a beautiful story. Magee is a beauty! I just love kitties & I miss our Felix who died last year.
I’m sorry, it’s such a loss to lose a pet, I don’t look forward to that day at all. Thank you for looking!

Beautiful, I do not understand people who are cruel to animals either
This cat has survived that, being shot with a bb gun twice and someone hitting him in the head with a rock or something. Plus we thought we were going to lose him last summer when he got real sick. I thought maybe he had been poisoned. He is a survivor and a very sweet cat. Thanks for looking and commenting!

What a story…I know it makes Magee mean more to you knowing you saved his life.
Yes, he is special, it’s amazing to me how he even got there in the first place and never ran away! Thanks for commenting.

Beautiful cat, portrait!!! So sad how some people can be cruel to animals!!!!!
yes it is sad that people are so heartless, plus she almost ran my husband down who was standing in the middle of the road and she just kept coming! And then acted like she didn’t know what she did! Thanks Carol. ;>

Sweert Magee…so glad you avoided the sad, vicious woman’s tyres and landed in the loving arms of your forever-family….You look sooo at home. :))
Thank you Meg, he is at home for sure, he won’t go to anyone but us. That kind of leaves me home bound for a long time, can’t even go on vacation!!!
