An inside view of what President Obama is doing here in Jerusalem-current events

This is a subject that is near and dear to my heart. I am hearing disturbing news coming from the middle East and surrounding Israel right now. Even though she is God’s chosen people, she has always suffered such persecution in the world that hates her. If you have been watching the series of The Bible, you will see this has been going on since the beginning of time from their deliverance from Egypt. God’s Word tells us in Deu. that those who curse Israel will be cursed and he who blesses her will be blessed. Our nation is in the throws of coming under a curse because our commander in chief, the vice president and secretary of state do not support Israel. If you read Jeremiah chapter 30, you can see all this coming to pass as it has not been fulfilled yet. I pray for Mr. Obama to have his eyes open to the truth, I pray for this country and her alliance with Israel. It’s time we know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I pray that blind eyes will be open to the word of God, who will not be mocked.

An inside view of what President Obama is doing here in Jerusalem
By Mike Evans and the Jerusalem Prayer Team

Shalom from your Jerusalem World Center. I am here as your ambassador. Please pray for me. Secretary of State John Kerry is already here in Israel, and President Obama arrives tomorrow. Here’s an inside view of what the president is up to this week in Jerusalem. President Obama’s primary purpose in coming is to push for more time to allow diplomacy and economic penalties to run their course with Iran.

Netanyahu, in his speech to the United Nations last September, said Iran was about six months away from being able to build a bomb. Obama told an Israeli television station this past week that the U.S. thinks it would take “over a year or so for Iran to actually develop a nuclear weapon.” The centerpiece of Obama’s visit will be a speech in Jerusalem to an audience mainly of Israeli students. It’s part of the president’s effort to appeal to the Israeli public, particularly young people.

He will make several cultural stops, all steeped in symbolism, in the region. They include the Holocaust memorial Yad Vashem; Mount Herzl, where he’ll lay wreaths at the grave of Theodor Herzl, and visit the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. Mr. Obama will also view an Iron Dome battery, part of the missile defense system the US has helped pay for. I believe this is meant to be a signal to Israel that if they attack Iran, they will lose US support.

The nation of Israel urgently needs our help, support, encouragement, and prayers right now. This is a prophetic crisis, foretold in the pages of Scripture. We are watching it happen before our eyes. Today I am asking you to join me in urgent prayer. As God leads, perhaps you would fast for one meal or one day as we pray together for His blessing and protection on His Chosen People.

    Viv…..first of all…Iran is not building a nuclear bomb….it’s just media lies…..
secondly….. Israel may be God’s chose people but not any more. They are murderers.
I support everything good in this world and condemn everything evil. Israelis are evil.
Obama has been giving too much support to Israel. Israel has been using money given to them by the USA for military purposes.
    Israel runs the USA.
    Try and see the truth.
Don’t be blinded by false prophets.

  • this is not meant to start anything negative. I value your opinion. thank you for your input.

We may not know the whole truth,…..But,…We do know it is a scary time for sure,….and if Iran gets a bomb,…They will surely use it against us,…Israel or anyone else that gets in their way,….
and I did not get that from a false prophets.

  • Thank you John, like you, I know the word of God is true and things are lining up as He said they would. I do also know that God has not turned His back on Israel, they are STILL His chosen people. We all just need to learn to get along in harmony instead of finger pointing at eachother and we wouldn’t be in this mess!

I support Israel. I believe Iran is trying to obtain nuclear weapons. Israel has been trying to defend itself for years since returning to their homeland given to them by God. I have loved Israel ever since I was a teenager. The Holocaust they suffered must never be forgotten. Nor should any other genocide be forgotten. I know God still loves Israel. Because God loves Israel, I love Israel. I don’t believe for a minute that Iran would not use their weapons against Israel. I do feel for all of the innocent people in that region. But peace will not truly come until our Lord Jesus has returned. For now we must pray for Israel, and for their safety. Pray for all of the people in the region, for repentance. Especially women and children, they suffer the most. Thank-you for sharing your post with Mustard Seeds. Good response Viv. to Albert.

  • Thank you Matty, I too have a heart for Israel who are not the ones doing the murdering and God has never abandoned them and never will but I refuse to argue with anyone for what they believe in. We are all free to believe what we want, only one of us can be right though and I get my sources from the Word of God, not false prophets and no one shall persuade me to believe otherwise.
