*Season of Reflection*

Please share with me the reflection of this season for the true meaning of it. When Christ became our sin offering, He took upon Himself what we deserve and in return, gave us His Righteousness. But as the picture below shows the whole message of the gospel, Christ hung between two thieves. They represent our free will. One of them believed in Jesus and was promised he would be with Him that very day in Paradise, while the other one rejected Him and was left to die a permanant death forever separated from God in hell. Have you decided where you will spend eternity? The Bible says, “Today is the day of salvation!” The choice is yours.

I Believe
Confessing The Truths Your Heart Believes

In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
Ephesians 1:8

I Believe Jesus is my redeemer and He has redeemed me through His shed blood. His redemption means that He has bought me at a great price, the highest price that could be paid for my ransom. I believe that His ransom means that I am no longer in bondage to Satan, stuck in a horrible pit of despair, or a slave to sin.

I Believe that my redemption means that I am no longer my own, and that my purpose it to serve Jesus and glorify Him, not unwillingly, but from the heart, as His bondservant. I count it a privilege to serve Him for love’s sake.

I Believe His ownership of my life brings me great comfort, deep peace, and overflowing joy.

Season of Reflection

The Easter story. The gift of His transforming love. The reminder of what Jesus has done for us.

His sacrifice brought us life.

There is sadness in the story. There is pain in the story. There is death. But there is more. The whole story includes the beauty of Easter. The triumph. The joy.

His amazing grace.

Rejoice. He is risen. Rejoice.

this also means that we can neither call ourselves worthless nor have arrogant pride in ourselves since so high a price was needed and has been paid. by the sacrifice we’ve truly been made anew and the old no longer applies. thank the Lord for His mercy in sending us the Spirit that we might begin to understand such! so many happily celebrate christmas these days and mostly forget about easter. without easter christmas has no real meaning i think. celebrate!! peace

  • Resurrection Sunday for the believer is the most meaningful of all the holidays! God’s plan for redemption was finished right here when Christ bought us for the price of His own sinless blood, for without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission of sins. Thanks Dave!

Excellent post Viv,……May everyone make the right choice,…..But,….I know many will not,….

  • Yes, many sadly will not take this seriously and have to pay the consequences for that bad ‘free’ will choice which will forever hold them in bondage!

Praise God! Praise The Lord, who is our Redemption, who is Salvation! There is no sin that His Blood cannot forgive. The crucifixion of our Lord though terrible is the terrible price our Lord had to pay to redeem us from sin. His suffering was to make us whole and to make us holy! We are new creations in Jesus. He gives us a new heart, He gives us anointed eyes, to see and know The Truth. Because our Lord Jesus paid such a terrible price, we honor Him and love Him by our obedience. We are His servants bought at a price. I pray that many on Red Bubble, as well as the entire world, will come to know Jesus as Savior, and Lord. I pray that all of the Scripture will testify to The Truth. Continue to glorify God, I pray that The Holy Spirit continues to empower you! All Praise to Jesus, my Jesus, our Christ! For our Lord is Worthy!

  • Thank you Matty, this is my hope too!
