Vortex by viennablue

Apophysis 7x 15 Raw Image – 212 views as of 22/05/12
Exploration of the 3d blooms tutorial by lindelokse. Inspired by the Cirque de Solieu’s ‘ZED’ production.
The challenge running in the Apophysis Fun Tutorial group at the moment is to create a pure apo image with no post work in any other program. The white background used in this image was produced in Apophysis. Have not dared to put my signature on this one as that is usually done in photoshop! so it is pure as pure can be.
I have been lucky enough to see a program on Cirque de Solieu’s Japanese production of ‘Zed’. The set is covered with a huge piece of fabric, which they called the Vortex, it is sucked in through a hole in the centre of the stage at the beginning of the show leaving the set exposed, the effect is amazing. This piece I created after watching the program.
