When I was little I loved painting the white wall with red lipstick. Not much has changed since then, except now I paint the canvas and my little one paint’s on the wall. I love most art mediums, but I am particularly fond of pastels. Recently my husband gave me a wacom tablet for a gift and I have had my head stuck into that lately.

I never had much interest in photography until the birth of my first child. It’s really true that motherhood changes everything. A “photographer” in a run of the mill portrait studio upset my son when he was two. This prompted me to buy the best camera that I could afford and started taking shots of him on my own. He is my absolute favorite subject. I have recently invested in a new camera and now have a whole wish list of lenses.
