Oil. 2007
I saw this little lady walking towards me as I was standing at a bus stop. She was tiny and had unusualy large feet. What she wore and how she hunched over as she walked stuck in my mind and so I did two or three sketches from memory. People have always fascinated me, the lives they may have lead and the ordinary day to day things they might be doing other than walking towards me on a rainy day.

gentle soul oozes out of this for me
My own personal definition of art is that it’s a reflection of how the artist views the world….I just adore how you see the world!! Honest, innocent, so real that at times it’s surreal, quirky, joyful and comfortable. Thank you for sharing such a talent.
