I love to photograph people in pubs, but fleeting expressions are hard to photograph. Here I have attempted to capture in paint one of those moments not caught on camera.

They look as though they don’t have much to say to each other….. he’s got more time for his dog it seems. Their drinks are getting low. Are they going after she finishes her ciggie…. or maybe he’ll have to get another one in…..... love it.
