At first glance you may think this photo was taken years ago. You would be mistaken.

This is a pocket of Canal Street in Chinatown, a historic neighborhood in New York City that has a rich history. While downtown Manhattan is quickly becoming modernized, this little spot marked by decay stands as a testament to what came before.

    I have seen the like before … But you subtly taken away the generic
    quality… It might be just the lense though I doubt it… Most of your stuff is like
    That… Edgy … Maybe someone else will tell you that… And you won’t
    Quite know what they mean… It’s all in the eye
    The artistic eye… The choosing… People that know the nature of art
    Know it comes from somewhere
    It’s not natively resident…
