“But the fool on the hill,
Sees the sun going down,
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning ’round.”
I saw this scene on Saturday morning – and a lone person between the two trees – that song came to mind and I’ve not stopped humming it since!!
(He stepped out of the pic, by the time I’d got the shot together.)

Stunning image….amazing trees. Really love the tones in this one too. A stand-out shot, Vikram and great title!
Thanks Wendi – I’d shot some earlier in the morning with a lovely blue sky. This was about the last shot that day (close to noon) and blistering hot. I cursed myself for not bringing grad filters along and shot it knowing I’d need to rescue the sky later.

Beautiful! I love the colors and the lighting, adds to the lonliness of the trees. Can trees be lonely? :-0
Thanks Ann – I hope not. There’s another tree just across from this pair that is really lonely (I’ll post that one up now).
