LOL!!!! This is a brilliant find my friend. It speaks of the frustrations of life, of the obstacles that we have to over come. Perhaps there is even a hint of the feelings of feeling trapped or restricted. However it is viewed, it is a great shot. The textures, balance and the colours all work to create a stunning composition. :-)
Thank you so much my friend. Made me think and view this in a different way.

Hey! Who nicked the steps??? LOL I’m also intrigued by the 7/1 – Doesn’t that make 7? More intriguingly, how long ago is it since this door was last opened? Great find, and wonderful texture! I hope you added it to the windows and doors group?
Hmmm…. farily common though – the 7/1. It’s probably a single building that was then divided into 7 bits with 7 different tenants (each with a different entrance) – hence the 7/1. Strangely enough – that lock didn’t look rusted so I guess they must still use this (I’ve got to stake it out to find out how though)
Awesome Shot Vikram!!
Thanks so much Nathalie!
Great find Vikram!! Love the texture to it.
Thanks Caroline – much appreciated.
great door, fantastic texture
Thank you – I was instantly attracted to the character of this door!
Great find and capture.
Thank you John!
Fantastic!!! Love the colors and the textures!!! Perfect!I’m also intrigued by the little sign in the corner of the door – “Sunday Holidays” – do you know what this was a door to?
Wow – I want you computer monitor. Fairly difficult to spot! I imagine it’s a place for some sort of business. I will stake this place out just to find out
WOW!!!! Let’s hope they have a back entrance!!!!! What a glorious find, Vickram … wonderful detail and color … beautiful!!!!
Thanks Lois – it was surreal to find an old frozen in time building so close to the glass and concrete office towers that are all around
Love the thextures & colours! Great shot Vikram! :)
Thanks Yvette – that is exactly what drew me to this shot. Then I wondered about the steps … LOL
Now that’s a good question!! Fantastic find Vikram. Love those textures!!
I really must find out!! Thanks Ursula!
