Lovely detail my friend. You have inspired me. Wonderful colours and great use of negative space. Nice to see you finished eating before you photographed it. LOL
Thanks Shawn – was the bright colours that drew me to it in the first place. Not a brekky plate though!

This is great, Vikram. Love the high contrast and negative space. So jealous that I didn’t think of this … I have a wall full of plates like this that I got on different trips over the years!!
Thank you so much Caroline – hey I’m not the only one with plates on the wall – would love to see yours!
Great composition and use of negative space Vikram :))
Thanks Ursula – been hanging on to this one for close to 6 months. Finally decided it was ok to submit.
Lovely composition, Vikram! I like the way the plate has a white background, echoing the white background in the shot itself…makes the coloured pattern look like a floating rim! Cool. :) W.
Love the way your imagination works. Now I see it like that – cool!!
LOVE this! It has all the things that make me giddy! High Key….Negative Space……A great handpainted Plate….what more could I ask for really? FANTASTIC!
Thanks Shelly – for the great comment and the favourite – these plates are pretty cool aren’t they. I have a number of them.Missing one thing for me – a big juicy steak!
Very pretty and colourful! Makes me think of sunshine (much needed over here)!
