Photography is an interest I have developed over the last few years, now It has become much more. I spend many hours on photo shoots, enjoying the outdoors and what Mother Nature provides for each and every one of us.

My moto is: You don’t take a photograph. You ask, quietly, to borrow it.

    What a splendid view! Gorgeous.

  • Thanks so much Karina for your wonderful comments and fave, very much appreciated. It was so awesome to sit and watch the sun rise as we began our vacation….something I don’t do very often, I might add. Susan

A lovely, romantic scene, so nicely composed!

  • Thanks so much Angie for stopping by and leaving such wonderful comments. You are right, it is a romantic scene, and quite unusual for me to be up and watching the sun rise….now I know what I’ve been missing :o) Susan

Magical lands that take one into a world of dreams! Just too pretty!

  • Thank you so much Pamels for your awesome comments and fave. I really enjoyed my vacation in Cuba, and as we arrived, decided to watch the sun rise, as we didn’t feel tired. I captured some amazing shots while we sat waiting for sleep to overcome us, and this is something I don’t do too often….I am not a morning person to say the least, but I enjoyed the time I spend watching the clouds change. Awesome scene and capture Susan!

  • Thanks so much Roy, not being a morning person, I don’t see the sun rise too often, but it was so beautiful to see the differences in colour within the clouds, as the sun showed through. So pleased you like the image. Susan

Picture postcard perfect Susan. What a lovely peaceful image.

  • Thank you so much Sandra for your wonderful comments, and for stopping by, so very much appreciated my friend. I really enjoyed my vacation in Cuba….one my daughter decided to treat me to. We arrived at the resort in the early hours of the morning, and as we were all so excited, decided to go to the beach and watch the sun rise. I managed to capture some really pretty shots. Susan

That is a spectacular view, I love the palm fronds in the foreground.

  • Thank you so much Vigor for your wonderful comments and fave, so very much appreciated. If I knew I had this view, I would not miss one early sunrise or sunset, I love to see sunrises, it gives the rest of the day a great start!

  • While sitting there watching and taking image after image of the beauty before me, I know exactly what you mean. Thanks again. Susan
