dont worry honey, most artists feel the exact same way that you do. there are nights that i will lay wide awake, staring at my ceiling, just thinking about new designs, stuff i havent gotten done yet, blah blah will litterally keep me up all night long. its awful.

just take a deep breath, get you a soda and grab your pencil. such is the life of a great artist my dear, lol, if you cant beat it, embrace it! ;)

Aw I feel for- Been there when I was self employed and when art equates to earnings it really affects positive outlook and emotions sometimes.
Your determination is a very postive trait, keep that in mind and try and let go of the negative ones like self critique and obsession (I know its hard).
It helped for me to get a part time job to finance my art goals and give me better balance, but thats not for everyone and unfortunately for me it was my downfall going back to employment as I quickly threw myself into new goals and now I am a manager working full time in a very stressful job- the art took a back burner for many years- now I’m very determined to make my “normal” job help me realise my dreams in art and get that work life balance right once and for all.

I Hope you Work It Out- But try not to let the the creativity and production of work cease- because you may find you need a stock of work for an ehibition or other exciting opprtunity- which I know will come your way.
    BIG HUGS FOR YA xxxxxx
