The curtain rotation thing happened again. Too cold and snowy to go outside, I started rearranging furniture. Furniture lead to windows, and windows inevitably lead to curtains. Borrowing from one room to use in another room always creates problems. I never seem to have enough window coverings, as was the case with this particular window. So I used a piece of fabric that I had lying around for God-knows-what purpose. The end result is that while it’s not “Good Housekeeping” material, the window is now covered and it’s pretty drapey and serendipitous.

Well you got curtains and a beautiful abstract piece of art in one fell swoop! (What is a fell swoop, anyway?) LOL

  • You made me laugh! Let’s hope ‘fell swoop’ is a good thing :)
    Thanks very much, Dot!

Apparently a day well spent indoors:) I was trying to figure out what this was from the thumbnail and certainly never came up with curtain fabric! Love the range of tones and textures:) Sandy

  • I prefer to call the day ‘cabin fever’. :) I hate being housebound!
    Thanks very much, Sandy!
