You and Heavenandus77are both absolutely right. That was very quick! So either San Marco in Italian, or St.Mark’s Square in English. Interestingly it is actually the only square in Venice that is called “Piazza” as all the others are known as “Campo” or “Campiello” or other names derived from the local language.
