Fantastic shot!! These are actually Cecropia Moth Caterpillars, one of the largest and most beautiful moths one will ever see!! I have been trying for years to capture one of these moths!!

gorgesou cecropias! (i saw someone said swallowtail…oops!)........these are awesome critters and HUGE! i’ve only had the luck of finding one in my years…>sigh<....hopefully i’ll see more soon. the swallowtail cat’s are what i’m seeing all over right now.

I really love the butterfly’s which are all about now.. I have a few days now to find some time to run about.. I will keep my eyes open. Thanks for the visit..
