There is a scene from 1 of my fav movies of all time that sort of kinda sums me up, or how I view the world & things.

The film is Mr. Woody Allen’s “Love & Death”.

Allen plays a Russian by the unusual name of Boris who has been conscripted into the army.

The scene is where Woody’s character is digging graves, just after a massive battle, thousands of his fellow compatriots lay dead with the enemy.

A priest is doing the rounds, giving the holy trinity sign on the dead, as he passes Woody he says “Mercifully God was on our side”.

To whit Woody replies, “Yeah, things could of got a lot worse if he wasn’t, might of rained”.

Oh yeah. x
