this is perfect, Stunning work Vagelis, this needs to be featured !

I don’t know Ric, don’t you think I may have exaggerated with the textures here? To be honest, I’m not sure myself.
Ric Alexander
No i dont think you overdid it at all. It is beautiful. I am interested in knowing what part you think might be too much ? It all falls into place for me.
Vagelis Bagiatis replied
It’s about the text actually, I like how it blends into the picture but it doesn’t seem to serve any particular goal.

I know where you are coming from but from my perspective, it looks good ! We all see different things I guess and you should be content with it, not doubt yourself. Something made you put it there, and there it should stay !

A very solemn & emotional piece. The textures here are superb! I’ve just been reading your chat with Ric above….. I really love the text.
I think if you had used text that we could read it would have to have a specific purpose. But because the text seems to be in a language I don’t understand &/or rotated & flipped, it’s quite illegible. This really works for me, because it gives me the opportunity to put my own meaning to the text. it feels old…. like it’s an ancient document containing the mysteries of death, life & all that’s inbetween….
Vagelis Bagiatis replied
I see what you’re saying Rosemary. Many thanks for sharing your thoughts and explaining how you perceive the texture :)

Very Cool;I like the “newsprint” overlay & the sepia tones.
Vagelis Bagiatis replied
I’m really glad you liked it :)

quite beautiful
- I agree with our colleagues -the text is somewhat obliterated, perhaps like the life that has been “(ob)literated?” very symbolic.Vagelis Bagiatis replied
Obliterated? I like that word :) Many thanks for sharing your interpretation, I find it really interesting!
