Well, what to say about me? I am a photographer and I really enjoy capturing reality the way I see it. I have always wanted to work as a photographer, but life and fate decided other for me – for good or for bad. When I was about 6 years old, my father learned me the fine art of developing and printing; Black White of course.
I got my first own camera on my 14th birthday – not an advanced camera though, but it let me take my own photos.
I have worked in the business for several years – not as an photographer though, but close to and with professional photographers – I have learned a lot during more than 50 years of photography, developing and printing.
I am not a schooled photographer; I have learned all I know about the art “the hard way” – in a manner of speaking.
I am published a couple of times and I have sold some of my Black White work in mural size. – Nothing special or exciting – but, more to come – I hope! A couple of awards are on my CV as well. I am on medical retirement since about 10 years and that gives me the time to photograph – a lot!!!
