Those protections are for the public domain only and anyone can censor anything they want in the private domain. As a person who strongly believes in artists’ rights, I still have to side with the individual’s rights first since we are all individuals first.
However, shirts like this one are the perfect way to ‘say it with art’ and let the artist’s craft speak a lot louder – and in privately owned arenas – for her or him. :-)
