is it good to be registered and protected?.. but if the image is done by someone else.. would it be considered different?.. if done with a different camera and perhaps a different crop?

If the image is done by someone else, the image belong to that particular someone else. The image is registered and protected so that no one else but the owner of the image can claim the image as his/her own. It’s not about the idea or concept behind the image but for the image per se.
