TO HELL OR HELP?

Sometimes when I walk, I see things that amaze me for so many different
reasons. Obviously this is both repulsive and thought provoking. Whom, what, why would someone, anyone write this? Is a political statement? A funny joke. The memory of something so horrific that this “tag” is the only
outlet? Sometimes when I walk, I laugh. Sometimes I don’t.
