What is better than having a strawberrie pancake for lunch on a Saturday when you’re stuck inside ?
250 gr self raising flour
7 gr of baking powder
some salt
1 or 2 eggs
milk about 2 cups
Add all ingredients togheter until a nice smooth mixture.
Must still be a bit runny’.
Add butter to the pan and add a thin layer of the pancake mixture in the pan . Turn over when bubbles start to show on the top, after cooked; Add some fresh strawberries and icing sugar.

Thank you so much. What I like about was that I still can see the whole pancake . You almost want to shovel the whole thing into your mouth at onces ! LOL I didnot do that though . Have to take little bites to enjoy and taste it. ;o)))

Thanks Hans. It was really ymmu with straw berries. Wish I had more aardbeien . You have to try it one day. Allthough I also like spek pannekoeken . These where nice and refreshing !!

m.m.m.m.m………..m.m.. Gee thanks Esther now Im hungry…good thing youre not in advertising…I would have to buy everything cause it looks so good!!!!…funny enough every time Ive tried to make them , you see a cloud of smoke coming from the kitchen and people running everywhere, fire engines come ohhhh its a total disaster!!
