The joy of digital means you don’t have to run out to buy a film, thus risking losing the shot altogether. I looked out of my window to find this old fella ‘resting’ in the sky, “click” he now exists forever, and not just for that all but fleeting moment. Not sure about human AND nature, more like human IN nature. Oh, ..and I left the rooftops in the corner just to give some perspective. I love the contented smile, the fact that you can see the curl on the end of his moustache, and his round nose complete with nostrils, a defined brow and even his upper and lower eyelids, so unreal but so real. lucky me.

Another piece of work by a very ‘collectable’ artist, this work will not be available forever, if you don’t ‘grab’ it now, it may be gone forever.

    Fantastic catch! Truly amazing.

  • Thank Ginny, i’m continually looking at the sky for anomalies as they are quite a common occurance, i’m just lucky i looked during the three or four minutes that this fella existed for, not a long life but now captured for people to look at forever.

I am always looking too. They usually only last a minute or so when you do see something like this. I have a gorilla somewhere in my files. But “THIS” is truly an amazing capture. I want to Feature it! :))

  • grab it while you can is my motto, i’d love it to be featured, believe it or not it’s in 11 different groups including a cloud group and a skyscapes group but no feature?? ahh well mustn’t grumble eh? x
