The larger view of this piece is very striking- bringing out the subtle blending of impressionism and pointillism in this piece (at least to my untrained eye). I was browsing the “Realist Traditional Art” group and this piece really stood out to me. I’m not sure why – I think it was the depth of the forest. Very nice work of art!
very nice. don’t knwo much about painting but this image is very striking. love how the lighter areas lead the eye into the image, throug the woods. nice colors too.
