The Real Castle Dracula by v-something

Currently unavailable for purchase

Poenari Citadel is the castle where Vlad Tepes III actually lived. Situated in the Arges County, near the Fagaras Mountains, the fortress sits on a hill on the spectacular Transfagarasan Road. Down below is the village of Arefu where the descendants of Vlad Tepes III still live. Taken in Romania. Shot with a Canon EOS 3000. Converted from film.

Wow it looks SPOOKY ? maybe because it appears to have no WINDOWS ? I have allways felt that buildings without , or very few or small high windows, conceal or hide something ?? Great picture, and information v-, Lovely

  • It certainly is a spooky castle! Mainly because of its owner :)
