Award Win!
For those that do not know me I am currently enrolled in a 4 year Photography course in which I’m half way through 3rd year. I started this course because I was pretty much hopeless with a camera and wanted to further enhance my creativity by using photography as a medium.
Well last Monday the 29th June I was informed that I had won the Canon Australian Institute of Professional Photographers – Student photographer of the year Award 2009.
And while I am soooo honored to have won this prestigious award and wanted to share this news with you all I would very much like to acknowledge and mention that this would not have been possible without the help of the talented and inspirational Jo O’Brien, James and Tarsel for donating their time and modeling experience for this project.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all the Red bubbler’s who comment on my work and who continually provide me with endless inspiration.
