so perfect Alf, it reminds me of the still lifes that Margaret Olley paints in her home, so many wonderful old pieces of memorabilia and a deep fondness and attachment to these things is felt by the viewer, not just objects but things that have aged along with the owner, and things that hold special meaning and memories and remind us things that matter

the pulsing heartbeat of this beauty is the peppers … quietly dominating … giving off a glow to rival the hint of light in your brass canister … what perfect balance …
