~After Rainbow~

We were together at that evening
siting quietly on the bench after heavy rain
I tried but couldn’t get the clue
Why you were not seeing into my eyes
You were stealing moment away quietly
You were not giving me any reason
I wanted to break that silence
But i couldn’t do so

I wouldn’t say that you were ruthless
But wouldn’t think you were not the same
Time was running by quietly
And I was just seeing at you silently
I wanted you to look at me once
I wanted you to hold my hand and squeeze
I was trying to awaken all those whispers you did
And the dusty shadow of a passing favour
You were seem the stranger siting next to me
I was trying to see in the eyes of the stranger
And was feeling those splinters of ice

The reflection i was seeing in your eyes wasn’t real
Like dreams flicker in the morning light, and steal away
And the picture of love faded away there was no more colours
Dream have been faded, to be replaced by new dreams!
You stand up quietly and start walking away

    Wow Ushna wonderful words
Sadly you must have been left for you to know this and I send you hugz to help heal that pain
But you also show strength and grace in the understanding that there is no purpose to cling when there is only the stranger left
A truly beautiful piece Well done! ~ adg

So captures the aging of romance, and the unfortunate end. Did she stay on the bench? Or follow?

    So wonderful. Thanks
