the solar cycle
day and night
night and day
years and decade
decade and Millennium
time was shaking with fright
sun…
a shrivelled old man
moving towards some point with a graceless stroke
a journey into the unknown
moments took a few more strokes to reach the new point
The birds took fright and flew off
an old sun faded away
a new sun takes place
new time
new dimensions
a place in the sun
depicting like dreams within your reach
beginning of new hope
but the time has a real chip on it’s shoulder
past tells stories
when time have had its chips
a large mass of ice
a glacier that could never melt
A pale wintry sun shone through the clouds
it seemed, that sun was not enough
time still can feel ice in eyes
ice on the face
ice on the surface
day by day
time to time
moment to moment
it has been snowing
the mirror was frosted up
the windows had frosted over
it’s always been ice

so we have to wait for the time when
that ice moves very slowly down a valley
and eyes could see underneath
a new sun..
a new hope..
a new beginning..
a new horizon..

This certainly evokes thoughts of the vastness of time and makes me think of the fragility of it all, If only we did have time to wait….. Mankind seems intent on melting the world …. the chips become chunks. Good work Ushna.
