Compassion
My Spirits Guides wish to let you know that they send you heartfelt compassion. When we are truly enlightened we are able to love ourselves and others unconditionally. We need to understand this inorder to accept certain events and feelings that manifest themselves in our life. If we are able to accept these factors and access our feelings then the door of self -acceptance allows us to walk through. Compassion is not a word used very often today. However, I must stress this to you. Once, you do this, your self -worth will begin to grow and you will not depend on outside influences for acknowledgement. As you begin to learn unconditional compassion towards yourself, your need to criticise and judge others will drop away. My Spirit Guides have made me feel that you may have been too harsh on yourself and shut down feelings which you have experienced. On a daily basis try and find time to sit down and reflect on unconditional compassion for yourself. This will make you feel more comfortable and loving and expand into your whole being.
I have unconditional compassion for every emotion I feel.

I am honoured that you have taken the time to think over my situation and paint this wonderful painting, I feel the word were more relevant to me as a person a couple of years back, because that when I started a journey along this road and I have come far and feel today mostly grounded and baanced in harmony with myself. Life has it ups and downs for everyone, me too, however I tackle the downs much better and they seldom last longer than a day. Thank you so very much Paul :))))))

Paul, I’m glad you like your painting and hope that you have understood the importance of the message. We all need reminding about certain aspects of our personality, even if we appear vulnerable at the time. This painting and message pertain to the present, not the past. I realise that this may be something you find difficult to accept. I am a conduit through which Spirit gives guidance and direction. I cannot change what I have been told Paul. I do however realise that people have written comments both publicly and privately about this painting and message. It was my pleasure to paint this and in a few months I will do another and see what will be revealed then. Do take care of yourself and trust in the process which touches all our lives, if we allow it to. You are very much in my thoughts, prayers and healing energies.
