Agree that it is the most empowering to embrace all aspects of life. I truly believe that the downs are only down if we feel them to be so. Then if we decide we do not like the feeling we can go deep within the experience or emotion to find the information to change it. So many people in my opinion avoid down experiences or moods by focassing on what they favour. However if they really delved into their hearts I believe they could create positive experiences from all of life.

Thats good to hear. I also keep a journal and also find it brings me back to me..to my sanity.
