Installment of My 365 Project: (though I fell a bit behind so this covers 3 days)
February 4-6, 2011: Yeah, this was my weekend, for the most part. Restless Leg Syndrome, which is nothing near as funny as it sounds, especially if it lasts all day long, does NOT like it when you stop taking medications or anything else that has controlled it for awhile. Felt like chunky peanut butter, hot poisonous peanut butter, squeezing through all of my muscles. The worst part of mine isn’t in my legs at all, it’s in my friggin’ abdomen which is alot harder to wiggle around for relief. It’s much much much much harder to deal with than the nerve pain. Is WAAAAY better now, much much better. This is a mole trap, btw, on my belly.

wow…restless abdomen that must be very uncomfortable..every now and then i have a bout of rls in my left leg, glad you were able to get on your stomach to get this shot of the mole trap and hope you got some relief….
it’s miserable. it took me 6 hours to get to sleep last night, managed to get 2 hours sleep in. decent relief should be here in 3-5 days.

I used to get restless leg a lot and heard avoiding caffeine can help. It really works for me and haven’t had it since unless I have had caffeine.
