As the great James Joyce once said…
“The artist, like the God of creation, remains within or behind or beyond or above his handiwork, invisible, refined out of existence, indifferent, paring his fingernails.”
I have no set “style”, it is chaotic as the rest of my life. If you have children you fully understand that statement! I will admit I am rather photoshop handicap and most “effects” are something I have either found from reading books on photography or blatantly stumbled upon! Besides photography, I love all forms of music, reading and writing.
As for being a photographer, I always believed we are witnesses to all the moments in life others sometimes miss. We are record keepers, we are those that are there when no one else is around to see the flutter of wings, the sunset in rainbow hues, a baby’s first smile or an aging elder’s last.
We are a privileged breed.
